Non-Standard Television transmission shall include all of the foregoing whether such transmission is on a subscription, pay-per-view, license, rental, sale, free or other basis.
Non-Standard Television shall be defined as all forms of television exhibition other than Standard Television, whether now testing or developed in the future and however transmitted or delivered, including broadcast, satellite, and terrestrial microwave transmission, cassette and disc transmission, coaxial cable transmission, and Internet transmission.
Non-Standard Television shall also include so-called “drop in” and “low power” VHF or UHF stations or VHF “limited facility” stations if these are not available to the viewer without charge.
If TRV does not exhibit each episo▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ram at least two (2) times by the latter of: (a) October 31, 2003, or (b) the date three (3) months after delivery and acceptance of the final episode of the Program to TRV then TRV's Non-Standard Television rights shall become non-exclusive.
The foregoing notwithstanding, with respect to each Program, Licensor may authorize a third party that is not an Affiliated System to Exhibit the version(s) of such Program made available to Licensee hereunder, by means of Non-Standard Television (other than the Internet) on a Pay-Per-View Basis during such Program’s License Period, and to promote such Exhibition.
