Non-Standard Documentation definition
Non-Standard Documentation. Any notice, correspondence, or other documentation that is provided to, or received by, MSRE, its affiliates, and/or its Agents that, in MSRE’s experience, (i) is outside the normal course of business, (ii) is a request for information that MSRE is not normally required to provide to the relevant requesting person or entity, or (iii) could, in MSRE’s business judgment, negatively affect, in a material amount or manner, the Agreement, the Business Covered, or MSRE’s or PRe’s respective interests related thereto.

MSRE will provide PRe with a copy of all Non-Standard Documentation within ten (10) business days of the receipt of any such documentation by MSRE.
