Non-SCA Third Party Contractors definition
Non-SCA Third Party Contractors means any individual, company or other legal entity with whom Service Provider enters into a contract for the benefit of the Company, including (but not limited to) to enhance its ability to provide any part of the Services, where such individual, company or other legal entity is not within the SCA group of companies.
