Non-Rotating Night Shift definition
Non-Rotating Night Shift means a team member who by direction of Coles works their ordinary hours on night shift as defined in clause 7.14 without rotation shall be paid in addition to the appropriate weekly rate as prescribed in clause 12:
Non-Rotating Night Shift means any shift in which night shifts are worked which do not rotate or alternate with another shift so as to give the employee at least one-third of his/her working time off night shift in each roster cycle.
