Non-Retroactive definition

Non-Retroactive means the benefit period begins after the (30) thirty day Waiting Period from the date of Total Disability or the date of Job Loss, as applicable.

Related to Non-Retroactive

  • Retroactive Date means the date specified in the Schedule.

  • Reduced leave schedule means a leave schedule that reduces the usual number of hours per workweek, or hours per workday, of an employee.

  • Overlap Period means any taxable year or other taxable period beginning on or before and ending after the Closing Date.

  • Enrollee point-of-service cost-sharing or "cost-sharing" means amounts paid to health carriers directly providing services, health care providers, or health care facilities by enrollees and may include copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles.

  • Medicare eligible expenses means expenses of the kinds covered by Medicare Parts A and B, to the extent recognized as reasonable and medically necessary by Medicare.
