Non-Residential Establishment definition

Non-Residential Establishment means any room, group of rooms, building, institutional dormitories, or other enclosure connected, directly or indirectly, to the Water System, (including both Industrial and Commercial Establishments) which do not or does not constitute a Residential Establishment. Non-Residential Establishment shall also include campgrounds.

Food establishment includes, but is not limited to, a food processor, a food warehouse, a food service establishment, a vending machine location, and a retail grocery. Food establishment does not include any of the following:

  • Marihuana establishment means a marihuana grower, marihuana safety compliance facility, marihuana processor, marihuana microbusiness, marihuana retailer, marihuana secure transporter, or any other type of marihuana-related business licensed by the department.

  • Merchant Establishment means any company, establishment, firm or person, wherever located and in whatever form (including the Internet), which is designated as a MasterCard/VISA merchant and/or with whom there is an arrangement for a Cardholder to obtain goods, services or cash advances by use of the Card or Card number and includes any establishment displaying the MASTERCARD/VISA symbol which appears on the face of the Card.

  • Marijuana establishment means a marijuana cultivation facility, a marijuana testing facility, a marijuana product manufacturing facility, or a retail marijuana store.

  • Date of establishment means July 1, 1962.

  • Temporary food service establishment means a food service establishment that operates at a fixed location for a period of time of not more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.

  • establishment day means the day appointed under section 6;

  • Individual development account means a contract between an account holder and a fiduciary organization, for the deposit of funds into a financial institution by the account holder, and the deposit of matching funds into the financial institution by the fiduciary organization, to allow the account holder to accumulate assets for use toward achieving a specific purpose approved by the fiduciary organization.
