Non-Resident Member definition

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean any person or Family not owning property in the District who is paying the Annual User Fee to the District for use of all Amenity Facilities.

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean any individual not owning or renting property in the District who is paying the Non-Resident Annual User Fee to the District for use of the Amenity Facility.

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean any individual not owning or renting property in the District who has paid the Non-Resident Annual User Fee to the District for use of the Recreational Facilities.

• This fee must be paid in full at the time of the completion of the Non-Resident Member application.

• Any Resident or Non-Resident Member who reserves and holds a function in the Cinema and fails to clean up and return it to the condition in which it was obtained may be charged a clean-up fee by the Amenity Manager.

• In the event the Guest is under eighteen (18) years of age, the Resident, Non-Resident Member or Renter inviting the Guest must be present upon registration, unless other arrangements have been made with the Facility Manager’s office.

• Violation by a Guest of any of these Policies as set forth by the District could result in loss of the privileges and/or membership of that Resident, Non-Resident Member or Renter.

• No unmarried child or other person shall qualify as a Non-Resident Member unless such person is living with the individual within the home.

More Definitions of Non-Resident Member

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean any individual not owning or renting property in either District who is paying the Annual User Fee to the District(s) for the non-exclusive right to use of all Amenity Facilities.

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean any person or family not owning or renting property in the District who has paid the annual user fee to the District for use of all common property.

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean any person or Family not owning property in the District who has completed the Non-Resident Member Application and paid the Annual User Fee to the District for use of all Amenity Facilities.

Non-Resident Member. A Member who is not a Resident Member of the golf course precinct and who must pay Membership Fees as set out in the Schedule of Fees.

Non-Resident Member means an active member who does not maintain an office for the practice of law in Saskatchewan;

Non-Resident Member. – shall mean Non-Residents who have paid the applicable Non-Residents Annual User Fee as established by the District.
