NON-REGISTERED CLFC COMMON SHARE definition

NON-REGISTERED CLFC COMMON SHARE means a CLFC Common Share held by a Non-Registered Holder.

  • Registered Common Shares means Common Shares which are, as of the date of consummation of a Business Combination, and have continuously been for the 12 months immediately preceding such date, registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act.

  • Registered Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13(b) hereof.

  • Non-Registered Certificate Unless and until registered under the Securities Act, any Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class R-I, Class R-II or Class R-III Certificate.

  • Book-Entry Non-Registered Certificate Any Non-Registered Certificate that constitutes a Book-Entry Certificate.

  • Class C Ordinary Share shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class D Common Stock means the Class D Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class B Ordinary Share and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Preferred Share means a share of stock of the General Partner of any class or series now or hereafter authorized or reclassified that has dividend rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the REIT Shares.

  • Participation Register has the meaning provided therefor in Section 10.06(d).

  • Registered Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

  • Class C Common Stock means the Class C Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means shares of the Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class A Ordinary Shares and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • registered valuer means a person registered as such in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rules made thereunder;

  • Loan Register Defined in Section 5.4(n).

  • Common Share means one share of the common stock of the Company.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of the Class B Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Ordinary Share means a Class A Ordinary Share or a Class B Ordinary Share;

  • Preference Share means a preference share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.

  • Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Record Holder or “Holder” as applied to a Receipt shall mean the person in whose name such Receipt is registered on the books of the Depositary maintained for such purpose.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Series A Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit having the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties set forth in Article XVI.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
