Non-Recurring definition
Non-Recurring means any charge, expense, loss or gain as of any date that is not reasonably likely to recur within the two years following the date of occurrence of such charge, expense, loss or gain; provided that if there is a charge, expense, loss or gain similar to such expense, loss or gain within the two years preceding such date, such expense, loss or gain shall not be deemed non-recurring and; provided further, that severance payments shall be considered “non-recurring” regardless of the frequency of the payment of such payments.
Non-Recurring. Price shall mean the portion of the Contract Price identified as such in Exhibit C.
