Non-Recruitment Restricted Period definition

Non-Recruitment Restricted Period means any time during Executive’s employment with the Bank, plus one (1) year from Executive’s Termination Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if either the Bank or Executive provides notice to the other party under Section 1 to cause the Term to cease to extend automatically, then the Non-Recruitment Restricted Period shall end upon expiration of the Term.
