  • REAL ESTATE BROKERS The following real estate brokers (collectively, the "Brokers") and brokerage relationships exist in this transaction and are consented to by the Parties (check applicable boxes): Xxxxxx Xxxx, Inc. represents [_] Lessor exclusively ("Lessor's Broker"); |X| both Lessor and Lessee, and _____________________________________________________________________ represents [_] Lessee exclusively ("Lessee's Broker"); |_| both Lessee and Lessor.   • Real estate broker means an individual or business entity that, with intent to collect or receive a fee, compensation, or valuable consideration, sells or offers for sale, buys or offers to buy, provides or offers to provide market analyses of, lists or offers or attempts to list, or negotiates the purchase, sale, or exchange of real estate; that negotiates the mortgage of real estate; that negotiates for the construction of a building on real estate; that leases or offers or rents or offers for rent real estate or the improvements on the real estate for others, as a whole or partial vocation; that engages in property management as a whole or partial vocation; that sells or offers for sale, buys or offers to buy, leases or offers to lease, or negotiates the purchase or sale or exchange of a business, business opportunity, or the goodwill of an existing business for others; or that, as owner or otherwise, engages in the sale of real estate as a principal vocation.

  • Real estate brokerage activity means any activity that involves offering or providing real estate brokerage services to the public, including:

  • Real estate salesperson means an individual who for compensation or valuable consideration is employed either directly or indirectly by a licensed real estate broker to sell or offer to sell, buy or offer to buy, provide or offer to provide market analyses of, list or offer or attempt to list, or negotiate the purchase, sale, or exchange of real estate; to negotiate the mortgage of real estate; to negotiate for the construction of a building on real estate, or to lease or offer to lease, or rent or offer for rent, real estate; who is employed by a real estate broker to engage in property management; or who sells or offers for sale, buys or offers to buy, leases or offers to lease, or negotiates the purchase or sale or exchange of a business, business opportunity, or the goodwill of an existing business for others, as a whole or partial vocation.

  • Prime Broker means a Person that acts as credit counterparty for transactions executed on the SEF in the name and on behalf of such Person by its client or an agent of its client that is a BSEF Participant and that has authorized a Participant to send RFQs, place Orders or enter into Trades in the name and on behalf of such Person.

  • Investment Advisory Services means (a) advice with respect to the desirability of investing in, purchasing or selling securities or other property, including the power to determine what securities or other property shall be purchased or sold, but not including furnishing only statistical and other factual information (such as economic factors and trends); and (b) the provision of financial, economic or investment management services, but only if ancillary and related to the advice referred to in clause (a) above.

  • Data Broker means either of the following:

  • Other Real Estate means all interests in real estate (other than Bank Premises and Fixtures), including but not limited to mineral rights, leasehold rights, condominium and cooperative interests, air rights and development rights that are owned by the Failed Bank.

  • Trinity House means the Corporation of Trinity House of Deptford Strond;

  • Advisory Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

  • Mortgage broker means any person who for compensation or

  • Landlord’s Broker means the individual or corporate broker identified on the Basic Lease Information sheet as the broker for Landlord.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Associate broker means a licensed broker who is employed by

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Leased Real Estate means all real property that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries leases, subleases or otherwise uses or occupies, or has the right to use or occupy, pursuant to a Lease.

  • Owned Real Estate means all land, together with all buildings, structures, fixtures, and improvements located thereon and all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances relating thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Healthcare services means services or goods provided for

  • Tenant’s Broker means the individual or corporate broker identified on the Basic Lease Information sheet as the broker for Tenant.

  • Residential services means a complete range of residences
