Non-QII Lender definition

Non-QII Lender means a Lender that is not a Qualified Institutional Investor.
Non-QII Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 9.15(b).

  • Each Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each Loan Party if there is any change in its status as a Qualified Institutional Investor or a Non-QII Lender, as applicable.

  • Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.

  • Designated Lender shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.2(b) hereof.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment or an outstanding revolving loan under the Credit Agreement of any class as a result of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment.

  • Extending Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Incremental Revolving Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Commitment.

  • Committed Lender means, as to any Lender Group, each of the financial institutions listed on Schedule I as a “Committed Lender” for such Lender Group, together with its respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Term Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Term Commitment or a Term Loan at such time.

  • New Revolving Lender as defined in Section 2.24.
