Non-Project Missed Volume or "NPMV” — The volume of electric energy expressed in kWh, not delivered by the Complex at the Interconnection Point due solely to a Non-Project Event, measured and recorded in the manner provided in Schedule 10, provided, that the generation and delivery of the electric energy shall be resumed as soon as technically possible as per Despatch Instructions upon cessation of the relevant Non-Project Event (except where prevented by another Non-Project Event).

Non-Project Missed Volume or “NPMV” - The volume of Net Delivered Energy not delivered by the Facility which non delivery is due to a Non-Project Event(s) calculated as follows: The period of outage/interruption on account of Non-Project Event(s) shall be reconciled on monthly basis and the loss of generation at the Station counting towards Non-Project Event(s) after accounting for the events as above, shall be computed by taking into consideration the site, monthly report, average generation during the relevant period and weather conditions during the time of day/year for which Non- Project Event(s) is to be worked out. Purchaser to provide compensation for the NPMV at the Tariff. If NPMV in any Month is not greater than ten percent (10%) of the sum of Net Delivered Energy plus NPMV, the NPMV will be deemed Shortfall NPMV, will be accrued in the Cumulative Shortfall NPMV account, and will not be invoiced. If the NPMV in any Month is greater than ten percent (10%) of the sum of Net Delivered Energy plus NPMV, the NPMV in excess of ten percent (10%) will be invoiced in accordance with Section 9.4.a.i.C, and NPMV equal to ten percent (10%) of the sum of NPMV and Net Delivered Energy will be deemed Shortfall NPMV, will be accrued to the Cumulative Shortfall NPMV account, and will not be invoiced. Nowithstanding anything to the contrary, if the Cumulative Shortfall NPMV account at the end of any month is greater than thirty percent (30%) of the cumulative sum of Net Delivered Energy and NPMV for the previous Months of that Agreement Year, then the NPMV in excess of thirty percent (30%) will be invoiced in accordance with Section 9.4.a.i.C. At the end of the Agreement Year, if the Cumulative Shortfall NPMV account is positive after subtracting Net Energy Overdelivery, the remaining Cumulative Shortfall NPMV will be invoiced in accordance with Section 9.4.a.i.D.
