Non-Production definition

Non-Production means any Client deployed environment that is not Production such as development, test, staging, demonstration, or training environments.
Non-Production means a non-operational environment into which the Software may be installed, which is not processing live data, which is not running any operations of the Customer and which has not been deployed to permit any users to access live data. Non- Production environments include development, hot standby, high-availability, and test environments.
Non-Production means the Cloud Service can be used by Client only for internal non-production activities, such as testing, staging, quality assurance activity and/or developing internally-used additions or extensions to the Cloud Service using published application programming interfaces. Client is not authorized to use any part of the Cloud Service for any other purpose without acquiring the appropriate production entitlements.

Non-Production means use of the Product only for non-production purposes such as development, backup and staging. Non-Production subscriptions may not be used in any way for Production use.
