Non Pro Rata Loans definition

Non Pro Rata Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.13(d) hereof.

Examples of Non Pro Rata Loans in a sentence

  • Any conversion into or continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans under this Section 5.1(c) shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and in integral multiples of $100,000 in excess of that amount, except in the case of a conversion into or a continuation of an entire Borrowing of Non Pro Rata Loans.
