Non-Portable Equipment definition

Non-Portable Equipment means the Genentech Equipment (as defined in Section 15.2 hereof), excluding any Portable Equipment and the Centrifuge. Components of the Non-Portable Equipment, such as valves, pumps, agitators and filter housings, shall also be deemed Non-Portable Equipment. Non-Portable Equipment also includes the related documentation regarding the design, validation, operation, calibration and maintenance of such equipment.
