non-pleasure vessel definition

non-pleasure vessel means a vessel registered in the Falkland Islands and used wholly or partly for trading purposes or for profit or for which the owner or user receives some payment in cash or in kind other than as a contribution to direct expenses.

  • pleasure vessel means any vessel which at the time it is being used:

  • pleasure craft means vessels which are manufactured or operated primarily for recreational purposes, or leased, rented, or chartered to a person or business for recreational purposes. The owner or operator of such vessels shall be responsible for certifying that the intended use is for recreational purposes.

  • Guarantor’s Board of Directors means, with respect to any Guarantor, either the board of directors of such Guarantor or any duly authorized committee of that board.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Coastal vessel means any vessel exclusively employed in trading between any port or place in India to any other port or place in India having a valid coastal license issued by the competent authority.
