Non-PIN Debit Card definition

Non-PIN Debit Card. A Debit Card with a VISA, MasterCard or Discover Network ▇▇▇▇ that is tied to a Cardholder’s bank account or a prepaid account and which is processed without the use of a PIN.
Non-PIN Debit Card. A device with a Card Organization ▇▇▇▇ that is tied to a Cardholder’s account or a prepaid account and which is processed without the use of a PIN. Person: a third party individual or entity, other than the Sub-Merchant. PIN: A Personal Identification Number entered by the Cardholder to submit a PIN Debit Card transaction. PIN Debit Card: A device bearing the Marks of ATM networks (such as NYCE or Star) used at a Sub-Merchant location by means of a Cardholder-entered PIN in the Sub-Merchant PIN Pad.
Non-PIN Debit Card means a device with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or other Card Organization Mark that is tied to a Cardholder’s bank account or a prepaid account and which is processed without the use of a PIN.
