Non-Payment Event of Default definition

Non-Payment Event of Default means any event (other than a Payment Default) the occurrence of which entitles one or more Persons to accelerate the maturity of any Designated Senior Indebtedness.

More Definitions of Non-Payment Event of Default

Non-Payment Event of Default means any event (other than a Payment Default) the occurrence of which entitles one or more Persons (whether or not dependent upon the giving of notice, the lapse of time or both or any other condition) to accelerate the maturity of any Senior Debt.
