Non-Operational Notice definition

Non-Operational Notice means a formal notice as described in Clause 20;

Examples of Non-Operational Notice in a sentence

  • A Non-Operational Notice shall be delivered by hand, sent by pre-paid first-class post, or by recorded delivery post (or equivalent recorded postal delivery service).

  • Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Offering Notice shall have the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Subsequent Financing Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(b).

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Regional Transmission Expansion Plan means the plan prepared by the Office of the Interconnection pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 for the enhancement and expansion of the Transmission System in order to meet the demands for firm transmission service in the PJM Region. Reliability Assurance Agreement or PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement:

  • Second Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b)(ii).
