Non-objection means written notification to Defendant that there is no objection to a proposal by Defendant for a course of action.2 Plaintiffs will endeavor to direct revisions or provide a Non-objection within 30 days of the submission of a proposal by Defendant. In the event of an objection to a proposal, Defendant will make all revisions directed by Plaintiffs and resubmit the proposal for Non-objection within 14 days. Unless otherwise specified below, Defendant will begin implementation of the course of action and follow any steps, recommendations, deadlines, and timeframes within 14 days of notification to Defendant of Non-objection. Any material changes to any course of action that is subject to non-objection cannot be made without Defendant obtaining written notification that there is not an objection to Defendant’s proposed change.
