Non-Mortgaged Property definition

Non-Mortgaged Property means property of the Debtors that the Revolver Lenders and Term Loan Lenders do not hold perfected liens as of the Petition Date.
Non-Mortgaged Property means Property of the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries other than Mortgaged Property.
Non-Mortgaged Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.05.
