Non-Managing Member Code definition

Non-Managing Member Code means a code of ethics governing personal trading that has been adopted by a Non-Managing Member, as such code may be amended. Copies of the Non-Managing Member Codes are attached as Exhibit B.

Related to Non-Managing Member Code

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Tax Matters Partner has the meaning set forth in Section 5.08.

  • crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
