Non-Lead Trustee definition

Non-Lead Trustee means the “trustee” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Non-Lead Trustee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).

Non-Lead Trustee means the Note A-2 Trustee or the Note A-3 Trustee, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Trustee

Non-Lead Trustee means, with respect to each Non-Lead Securitization, the trustee under the related Non-Lead Servicing Agreement.

Non-Lead Trustee means the applicable “Trustee” under a Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
