Non-Lead Servicer definition

Non-Lead Servicer means any Non-Lead Master Servicer or Non-Lead Special Servicer, as the context may require.
Non-Lead Servicer means from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer, as applicable, designated under any Non-Lead Servicing Agreement.

  • The Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Non-Lead Note and the related Non-Lead Servicer and/or the related Trustee will not be required to make any P&I Advance with respect to any Lead Note, any other Non-Lead Note any or any Property Advance.

  • Each of the Master Servicer, Special Servicer, the Trustee, any Non-Lead Servicer and any Non-Lead Trustee is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

  • Suppose further that, concerning efficiency, a close second evacuation option is to walk out the door next to the window, with no more risk than the first option.

  • In addition, after the A-1 Notes Securitization Date, the A-1 Notes Holder shall send a copy of the A-1 Notes PSA to the Depositor, the Non-Lead Servicer and the Non-Lead Special Servicer under the UBS-C10 PSA (as of the A-1 Notes Securitization Date) provided such party is not also a party to the A-1 Notes PSA.

  • The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Servicer and any Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement and each other Non-Lead Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

Non-Lead Servicer means the Non-Lead Master Servicer or the Non-Lead Special Servicer for a Non-Lead Securitization, as the context may require. “Non-Lead Special Servicer” shall mean the applicable “Special Servicer” under a Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Related to Non-Lead Servicer

  • Non-Lead Master Servicer means the “master servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Special Servicer means the “special servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Special Servicer means the special servicer appointed to act in such capacity with respect to the Mortgage Loan as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Lead Depositor means the “depositor” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
