Non-Interference/Assistance Period definition

Non-Interference/Assistance Period means the period commencing with the Termination Date and ending on the first anniversary of the Termination Date.

More Definitions of Non-Interference/Assistance Period

Non-Interference/Assistance Period means the period commencing with the termination of the Executive’s employment with the ALLTEL Group and ending on the second anniversary of the date on which occurs the Executive’s termination of employment with the ALLTEL Group.
