Non-Insiders definition
Non-Insiders has the meaning given to by Section 162(m)(3) of the Code.
Non-Insiders means purchasers of shares of Preferred Stock other than Insiders.
Non-Insiders has the meaning set forth in Section 5.18.
Examples of Non-Insiders in a sentence
Beginning on the One Hundred and Eighty First (181st) day after the Closing Date and for the remainder of such lock-up period, the Non-Insiders may sell up to 10% of the securities held by them governed by the Non-Insider Lock-Up Agreement in any thirty (30) calendar day period (on a non-cumulative basis).
