Non-GAAP Operating Income definition

Non-GAAP Operating Income means our annual GAAP operating income excluding amortization of intangible assets, stock- based compensation, restructuring charges and benefits, acquisition-related costs and similar items excluded by us in determining non-GAAP income from operations in issuing our public earnings announcements; adjusted for the impact of fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.
Non-GAAP Operating Income means operating income for 2021 determined in accordance with GAAP but excluding the following items: (i) stock-based compensation expenses recorded under Accounting Standard Codification 718-10; (ii) amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets and the fair-value write-up of acquired inventory, (iii) any other mergers and acquisitions related expenses, and (iv) any other adjustment made to arrive at the company’s non-GAAP financial information as presented in our SEC filings.
