Non-Exclusive Right definition

Non-Exclusive Right means a right and licence enjoyed by the Licensee in common with the Grantor and all other persons to whom the Grantor has granted or the Grantor shall hereafter grant the like right;
Non-Exclusive Right means the right to use a work that may be exercised by another person, concurrently with the holder of the copyright or neighboring rights, on condition that he is duly authorized to do so by the author, except in those cases laid down in this Law;
Non-Exclusive Right means a right enjoyed by the Distributor in common with ▇▇▇▇▇ and all other persons to whom ▇▇▇▇▇ shall grant a like right.
