Non-Exclusive Period definition

Non-Exclusive Period means that period of time during the Term following the end of the Exclusive Period.
Non-Exclusive Period means the four (4) year period after the expiry of the Exclusive Period, during which Dragon is granted the Non-Exclusive License under Section 2.1.
