Non-Covered Security definition
Non-Covered Security means those securities not included in the definition of Covered Securities, such as: (a) direct obligations of the Government of the United States, (b) bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, commercial paper and high quality short-term debt instruments, including repurchase agreements, (c) shares of registered open-end investment companies, or (d) other securities as may be excepted under the provisions of Rule 17j-1.

More Definitions of Non-Covered Security
Non-Covered Security means those securities not included in the definition of Covered Securities, such as: (a) direct obligations of the Government of the United States, (b) bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, commercial paper and high quality short-term debt instruments, including repurchase agreements, (c) shares issued by money market funds, (d) shares of open-end mutual funds that are not advised or sub-advised by Nashville Capital Corporation, (e) Shares issued by unit investment trusts that are invested exclusively in one or more open-end funds, none of which are funds advised or sub-advised by Nashville Capital Corporation.
