Non-Contract Products definition

Non-Contract Products means any Product offered by Supplier other than through a Contract Portfolio. For purposes of clarification, a Product may be offered by Supplier both as a Non-Contract Product and through one or more Contract Portfolios, but will be considered a Non-Contract Product when the Member notifies Novation that the Product has been purchased pursuant to the terms of another group purchasing organization’s contract.

Examples of Non-Contract Products in a sentence

  • Non-Contract Products will not be permitted and cannot be purchased under this contract.

  • Service fee discounts will be applied to all Non-Contract Products with the exception of Non-Contract Bulky Products, as set forth in Attachment B, Discounts and Fees.

  • At a minimum, expiration dating for all MMCAP Infuse Contract Products and Non-Contract Products delivered under this Contract must have a minimum shelf life of six (6) months expiration dating remaining upon delivery to the MMCAP Infuse Participating Facilities.

  • Non-Contract Products will not be permitted and cannot be purchased under the Contract.

  • Wholesaler agrees that any fees besides cost for both MMCAP Contract Products and Non-Contract Products will be listed on Attachment B, Discounts and Fees.

  • At a minimum, expiration dating for all MMCAP Contract Products and Non-Contract Products delivered under this Contract must have a minimum shelf life of six (6) months expiration dating remaining upon delivery to the MMCAP Participating Facilities.

  • Supplier shall update Product Data, including pricing information, hospital-specific pricing information for Non-Contract Products, Product identifications, Product numbers, extended units of measure, names and descriptions, and the Supplier Terms and Conditions, as required to ensure that at all times such Product Data is accurate, including removal of any discontinued or recalled Products.

  • At a minimum, expiration dating for all MMCAP Contract Products and Non-Contract Products delivered under this Agreement must have a minimum shelf life of six (6) months expiration dating remaining upon delivery to the MMCAP Participating Facilities.

  • Monthly contract compliance reports to monitor purchases of Non-Contract Products will also be available to the MMCAP Office upon request.
