NON-CONTRACT EMPLOYEES definition
NON-CONTRACT EMPLOYEES means employees of Eldorado who are not parties to employment agreements with Eldorado, as listed on SCHEDULE 3.17 or SCHEDULE 3.18.1.
NON-CONTRACT EMPLOYEES means Delta employees who are not covered by a domestic collective bargaining agreement or by the Management Compensation Program.
