The Participating Parties shall pay all costs necessary to connect the Non-Consent Well to the Facilities and that proportionate part of the expense of operating and maintaining the Platform and Facilities applicable to the Non-Consent Well.

Related to Non-Consent Well

Non-Consenting Party means a party who elects not to participate in a proposed operation.
Non-Consenting Bank means any Bank that does not approve any consent, waiver or amendment that (a) requires the approval of each Bank or each affected Banks in accordance with the terms of Section 10.05 and (b) has been approved by the Required Banks.

Non-Conforming Plan of Reorganization means any Plan of Reorganization whose provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, including any plan of reorganization that purports to re-order (whether by subordination, invalidation, or otherwise) or otherwise disregard, in whole or part, the provisions of Article 2 (Lien Priorities), the provisions of Article 4 (Application of Proceeds) or the provisions of Article 6 (Insolvency Proceedings).
Concession Agreement means the Concession Agreement referred to in Recital (A) above and annexed hereto as Annex-A, and shall include all of its Recitals and Schedules and any amendments made thereto in accordance with the provisions contained in this behalf therein;
Lien Waiver Agreement means an agreement which is executed in favor of Agent by a Person who owns or occupies premises at which any Collateral may be located from time to time and by which such Person shall waive any Lien that such Person may ever have with respect to any of the Collateral and shall authorize Agent from time to time to enter upon the premises to inspect or remove the Collateral from such premises or to use such premises to store or dispose of such Inventory.
