Non-Conformance Report (NCR) definition
Non-Conformance Report (NCR) means a certificate or report issued to the customs authorities and the food importer by the Authorized Officer or any other officer specifically Authorized for this purpose by the Food Authority on account of non-conformance to/with the Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder of the consignment of the Food Importer;
Non-Conformance Report (NCR) means a document or record issued by either the Ministry or Project Co pursuant to Part 7 Non-Conformance Reporting Process of this Schedule 14 detailing the description of an identified Non- Conformance.
