Non-Conduit Lender definition

Non-Conduit Lender means each Lender that is not a Conduit Lender.
Non-Conduit Lender means a Committed Lender that does not have a CP Lender in its Lender Group.
Non-Conduit Lender means any Lender other than a Conduit Lender.
