Non-Compete Restricted Period definition

Non-Compete Restricted Period means the period commencing on date hereof and terminating twenty-four (24) months following the termination of Executive’s employment or engagement with the Company;
Non-Compete Restricted Period means the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending twelve (12) months after the Termination Date.
Non-Compete Restricted Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(c).

More Definitions of Non-Compete Restricted Period

Non-Compete Restricted Period means the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending twelve (12) months after the Termination Date, provided that the Participant’s employment with the Company was due to the Participant’s voluntary separation from employment with the Company or the involuntary termination of the Participant’s employment by the Company for cause; provided, however, that in the event that the Company files an action to enforce rights arising out of this RCA, the Non-Compete Restricted Period shall be extended for all periods in which the Participant is determined by the Court to have been in violation of the Participant’s obligations under this RCA or any other fiduciary obligation owed to the Company.
Non-Compete Restricted Period means any time during Executive’s employment with the Bank, and, if Executive incurs a Qualifying Termination, then the Non-Compete Restricted Period shall mean during Executive’s employment plus one (1) year from Executive’s Termination Date by reason of such Qualifying Termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if either the Bank or Executive provides notice to the other party under Section 1 to cause the Term to cease to extend automatically, then the Non-Compete Restricted Period shall end upon expiration of the Term.
