Non-Commercial Entity definition

Non-Commercial Entity means any entity, however organized, which furnishes goods or services to the general public in a not-for-profit manner, including but not limited to religious entities and charitable organizations.
Non-Commercial Entity means any government, non-profit, educational or academic institution, including but not limited to any primary or secondary school, vocational school, college or university.
