Non-commercial Building definition

Non-commercial Building means any building, other than an occupied residential dwelling, that, at the time the subsidence occurs, is used on a regular or temporary basis as a public building or community or institutional building as those terms are defined at R645-100-200. Any building used only for commercial agricultural, industrial, retail or other commercial enterprises is excluded.
Non-commercial Building means any structure or building not used for commercial business or as a residential dwelling.
Non-commercial Building means any building other than an occupied residential dwelling, that, at the time the subsidence occurs, is used on a regular or temporary basis as a public building or community or institutional building as those terms are defined in section 460:20-7-3 of this Chapter.
