Non-Citizen definition

Non-Citizen means any person or entity who is not a “citizen of the United States” (as defined in Section 41102 of the Act and administrative interpretations issued by the Department of Transportation, its predecessors and successors, from time to time), including any agent, trustee or representative of a Non-Citizen.

  • Any determination by the Board of Directors as to whether Stock is Owned or Controlled by a Non-Citizen shall be final.

  • Within 10 days of such closing date, the Non-Citizen shall send to the Corporation a written notice confirming that such closing occurred.Failure to send such confirmatory notice shall result in the removal of such Stock from the Foreign Stock Record.

More Definitions of Non-Citizen

Non-Citizen means an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States, in accordance with Section 101(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC § 1101(a)(3)).
