Non-Citizen definition

Non-Citizen means any person or entity who is not a “citizen of the United States” (as defined in Section 41102 of the Act and administrative interpretations issued by the Department of Transportation, its predecessors and successors, from time to time), including any agent, trustee or representative of a Non-Citizen.
Non-Citizen means any Person other than a Citizen.
Non-Citizen means an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States, in accordance with Section 101(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 USC § 1101(a)(3)). “Part-time Eligible Employee” means a permanent employee who works at least 20 hours per week but not more than 29 hours per week and who otherwise meets the definition of an eligible employee except for the number of hours worked.
