Non-Cash Interest Expense definition

Non-Cash Interest Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the sum of the following amounts to the extent included in the definition of Interest Expense (a) the amount of debt discount and debt issuance costs amortized, (b) charges relating to write-ups or write-downs in the book or carrying value of existing Financial Covenant Debt, (c) interest payable in evidences of Indebtedness or by addition to the principal of the related Indebtedness and (d) other non-cash interest.
Non-Cash Interest Expense means, with respect to the Group Members on a Consolidated basis, the sum of the following amounts to the extent included in the definition of Interest Expense; (a) the amount of debt discount and debt issuance costs amortized, (b) charges relating to write-ups or write-downs in the book or carrying value of existing Financial Covenant Debt, (c) interest payable in evidences of Indebtedness or by addition to the principal of the related Indebtedness and (d) other non-cash interest.
Non-Cash Interest Expense means, with reference to any period, the amortization of debt issue cost and bond discount amortization with respect to this Agreement, the Senior Note Indebtedness and Subordinated Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries calculated on a consolidated basis for such period. “Non-U.S. Lender” is defined in Section 3.5.4.
