Non-binding Agreement definition

Non-binding Agreement. This agreement is a statement of intent of the parties to cooperate and collaborate as outlined. This agreement is not legally binding and does not create legally binding duties or obligations. This Agreement shall not be the basis of any legal claim between the parties.
