Non-Availability Period definition

Non-Availability Period means the period from the date on which Availability has been less than $35,000,000 (calculated on a daily basis) for 5 consecutive Business Days until the date Availability has been greater than $35,000,000 for 30 consecutive Business Days.

  • Revolving Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Maturity Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Commitments.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
