Non-Authoritative Copy definition

Non-Authoritative Copy shall have the meaning specified in the Electronic Collateral Control Agreement.

Examples of Non-Authoritative Copy in a sentence

  • Following the initial submission by the Dealer, for a period of time established by Dealertrack in its reasonable discretion the Dealer and the Financing Source may request additional print copies of the Non-Authoritative Copy of the eContract.

  • All printed copies of the eContract, other than those Exported to paper in accordance with Section 7.5, will be identified with an appropriate mark identifying it as a Non-Authoritative Copy.

  • A Non-Authoritative Copy will be stored in the transferor’s segment of the Vault, and the Ownership Record will be updated to reflect the transaction.

  • Except for back-up copies created by the System and stored in a separate location, the Authoritative Copy will not be copied or printed without the copy or printout being watermarked or legended indicating it as a Non-Authoritative Copy.

  • A Non-Authoritative Copy of an eContract on the System, the Authoritative Copy of which was subject to Export, is indicated on the System with a status of “Exported”.

  • We account for income taxes in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. (“SFAS”) 109.

Related to Non-Authoritative Copy

  • Authoritative Copy means, with respect to an eNote, the unique copy of such eNote that is within the Control of the Controller.

  • Counterfeit electronic part means an unlawful or unauthorized reproduction, substitution, or alteration that has been knowingly mismarked, misidentified, or otherwise misrepresented to be an authentic, unmodified electronic part from the original manufacturer, or a source with the express written authority of the original manufacturer or current design activity, including an authorized aftermarket manufacturer. Unlawful or unauthorized substitution includes used electronic parts represented as new, or the false identification of grade, serial number, lot number, date code, or performance characteristics.

  • Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.

  • Electronic Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds, other than a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic terminal, telephone, mobile phone, computer, or magnetic tape, for the purpose of ordering, instructing or authorizing a financial institution to debit or credit an account. The term includes debit cards, wire transfers, transfers made at automatic teller machines, and point-of-sale terminals.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Electronic PHI means PHI created, received, maintained or transmitted electronically in accordance with 45 CFR § 160.103.

  • Electronic Ledger means the electronic master record of the retail installment sales contracts or installment loans of the Servicer.

  • Individually Identifiable Health Information means information that is a subset of health information, including demographic information collected from an individual, and;

  • Scan means the complete process of collecting x-ray transmission data for the production of a tomogram. Data can be collected simultaneously during a single scan for the production of one or more tomograms.

  • Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Unsecured Protected Health Information means protected health information that is not secured by a technology standard that renders protected health information unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized individuals and is developed or endorsed by a standards developing organization that is accredited by the American National Standards Institute.

  • Unauthorized Code means any virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other software routines or hardware components designed to permit unauthorized access, to disable, erase, or otherwise harm Software, hardware or data.

  • Electronic Payment means a wire transfer or an ACH credit transfer.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Personally identifying information means information, including health information, that could be used to commit fraud or other illegal activity involving the credit, access to health care or identity of an “affected individual”. This includes, but is not limited to, Social Security numbers or account numbers.
