Non-Affiliated Holders definition

Non-Affiliated Holders means the holders of Class A Shares other than BIP-Affiliated Class A Shareholders;

Non-Affiliated Holders means the registered holders of Exchangeable Shares other than the Parent and its Subsidiaries.
