Nominators definition

Nominators means the board of nominators appointed under subsection (3) of statute 6 of these Statutes;
Nominators means those Persons described in Section 4.3(1), together with any other Persons who from time to time become Nominators in accordance with Section 4.3(2), and "Nominator" means any one of them;
Nominators means the Holders of a majority of the Shares then held by the Principal Holders, NM and DM, and their Related Parties.
