Nominated Premises definition

Nominated Premises means premises nominated by Viva Energy from time to time as Shell Card merchants.
Nominated Premises means premises nominated by the Supplier from time to time as Fuel Card merchants.
Nominated Premises means the property or properties specified by the Client. Offer means the offer made by the client to purchase the Goods and/or Services. Payment Terms means the payment terms specified in the Offer. Services means the service/s supplied by the Supplier to the Client in accordance with the Offer and Service means any one of the Services. Supplier means Telefonix Technology Group Pty Ltd ACN 064 656 711 trading as Azentro of 0/00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx XXX 0000.

Examples of Nominated Premises in a sentence

  • If a PIN is issued with a Shell Card, the Authorised User must use the PIN when using the Shell Card at Nominated Premises.

  • On presentation of a valid BP Plus Card, supplies of Product will be made available to the Customer and Authorised Users at Nominated Premises, subject to hours of business and availability of supplies.

  • At the Nominated Premises, the person presenting the BP Plus Card may be required to sign the BP Plus Card docket or sales voucher and/or enter their PIN.

  • The GST inclusive price for Motor Fuels and Shell LPG is the GST inclusive pump price at the time the fuel is purchased from the Nominated Premises less any agreed discount (expressed on a GST inclusive basis).

  • The GST inclusive price for Non-Shell LPG is the GST inclusive pump price at the time the Non-Shell LPG is purchased from the Nominated Premises.

  • If in BP’s opinion a Customer and/ or Authorised User fails to comply with such requirements and/or endangers or threatens any site operator, property or operation of the site, BP has the right to refuse supply and/or entry of the offending party on its Nominated Premises.

  • Unless Viva Energy has received the Accountholder’s notification in writing of loss, theft or possible unauthorised use of a Shell Card, the Accountholder authorises Viva Energy to debit the Accountholder’s Shell Card account with every purchase of Products made by a person presenting a Shell Card at the Nominated Premises to whom the Products were supplied, including where a transaction exceeds any transaction limit set by Viva Energy or the Accountholder.
