Nominated Dependant definition
Nominated Dependant means the person who is nominated by a Member in accordance with and satisfies the following provisions -
Nominated Dependant means a Dependant nominated in respect of a Participant or Member in a Nominated Dependant Notice.
Nominated Dependant means such person nominated by the Member and accepted by the Trustees as being either the Member's Widow or Widower or Qualifying Child or dependent on the Member to the extent required (in the opinion of the Trustees) by the Board of Inland Revenue for the continued Approval of the Scheme. The Trustees' acceptance of a notice of surrender under rule 4.11 is evidence of the Trustees' acceptance of the person named in it as the Member's Nominated Dependant.

Nominated Dependant means a person nominated in writing by a Member to the Trustee as the nominated Dependant;
Nominated Dependant means in relation to a Member, any person (other than the Member's Qualifying Spouse or Children) who is or was dependent upon the Member at the date of the Member's death for all or any of the ordinary necessaries of life and who has been nominated by the Member in writing to the Trustees to receive any Dependant's Pension payable on his death.
Nominated Dependant means any person who shall be nominated by the Employer, who is wholly or partially dependent upon the member for the necessities of life.”
Nominated Dependant means a person nominated by a Member who has no Spouse or Civil Partner in such manner as the Trustees specify from time to time and who is at the time of the Member's death both:
Nominated Dependant in relation to a deceased individual having no Spouse means a person who has been nominated in writing to the Trustees as someone who is financially dependant on him and who, in the opinion of the Trustees, is (or was at the date of his death) wholly or partly financially dependant on him.
Nominated Dependant means a Dependant nominated by a Member as the Nominated Dependant.
