NOL Motion definition

NOL Motion means any First Day Pleading establishing notice and hearing procedures with respect to trading in equity securities of the Debtors or seeking related relief.
NOL Motion means a motion to establish notice and hearing procedures that must be followed for (i) certain transfers of equity in Novation and Secured Notes Claims, and of any beneficial interest therein, and (ii) certain claims of worthlessness for federal or state tax purposes with respect to equity in Novation, are deemed effective.

  • The Debtors shall not seek a hearing on or approval of the Claims Procedures (as defined in the NOL Motion); provided, that the foregoing shall not affect the Supporting Noteholders’ right to object to the NOL Motion following the end of the Support Period.
