Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
Rate Determination Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(g).
Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
Valuation Notice means the notice given by the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.5(b) or Section 8.6(a) and stating the Initial Value at which a Purchase Right is to be exercised or at which a Repurchase Obligation is to be effected.
Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Event Determination Date means either:
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Mediation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(c).
SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Step-Out Notice has the meaning given to it in Section 8.1.
SOFR Determination Time means 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on the U.S. Government Securities Business Day, at which time Compounded SOFR is published on the FRBNY’s Website.
Self-Determination means a philosophy and process by which individuals with developmental disabilities are empowered to gain control over the selection of support services that meet their needs. The basic principles of self-determination are:
Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.
Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;
Spread Determination Date means, for the reset rate notes, any time after the Notice Date but no later than 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the third business day prior to the related reset date.
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Tab 3 to Exhibit A.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
